thanks for the Tiger, I always wanted one. But I think he did a great job on it. I've played w40k since 1995 and the art has definitely gotten better but they do need to let new blood in to the shop to create competition and make the overall art better.
what army do you play? i know some miniature companies that produce high quality minis at better prices than GW, and you can use said minis as 'Counts As' as long as they look close to the army type you're playing.
Yeah, GW wants very specific art styles, especially for codices. They have a pretty big stick up their butts these days, and have even closed down any and all side projects that aren't directly related to selling models. Sucks too, this could have been in an issue of Citadel Journal back in the day.
not bad some parts you did pretty well but some small thing pull it down...tunic shoulder and power pack are exelent, sword is bit cheap, compared to tunic looks like bit tooo much simply, shoulder is down arm with sword looks plane witch looks bit imposible...i mean its armor, its imposible hold sword in plane arm without lift shoulder plate. face is not bad but also can be better... dont take me wrong, you did rly nice work but also there are things what can/should be improved anyway tunic looks rly exelent keep work you got lot potencial.
thks! yeh i always come back and draw some 40k stuff and i look at my skills evolve throughout the years. Indeed, now that i look at him lots of stuffs don't fit, the face coulda been better, the sword is way too big, it loses its cryptic touch, now he just looks like a brute.. anyway thks for the feedback! appreciated
